The Master of Forestry Management (MF) and Master of Environmental Management (MEM) degrees are offered through a cooperative program with the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University.
Students spend three years at Elizabethtown College emphasizing one of three areas: Biology major concentration, business major concentration, or political science concentration. Specific requirements for those concentrations are defined in the Elizabethtown College Catalog. Students complete those requirements and those of the College's core curriculum before transferring to Duke.
Both masters programs provide professional training in a wide variety of areas including forest resource management, coastal environment management, water and air resources and toxicology and environmental health.
The degrees offered in this program offer you the professional training and scientific background to bring sound decision making about environmental problems to decision makers and other constituencies.
