Resources for Faculty and Staff

The College is committed to supporting faculty and staff in their efforts to infuse concepts of purposeful life work into the curriculum, co-curriculum, work environments, and volunteer experiences.

Retreat for Faculty and Staff

The College received a grant from the Council of Independent Colleges Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education.  The grant will fund two summer retreats (2013 and 2014) for faculty and staff where attendees will be invited to reflect on their vocation as a teacher, mentor, or advisor while exploring opportunities to incorporate purposeful life work and ethical leadership in the classroom, while supervising student workers, and in advising and mentoring partnerships.
