Retreat for Faculty and Staff

The College recently received a grant from the Council of Independent Colleges Network for Vocation in Undergraduate Education.  The grant will fund a summer retreat for faculty and staff where attendees will be invited to reflect on their  vocation as a teacher, mentor, or advisor while exploring opportunities to incorporate purposeful life work and ethical leadership in the classroom, while supervising student workers, and in advising and mentoring partnerships.
