2012-2013 Performance Appraisal Schedule
Beginning March 1 - Appraisal Forms available to supervisors via HR website
Before June 28 - Supervisors must send the completed and signed appraisal forms directly to HR or to the respective Sr. Staff member, if the Sr. Staff member has required the Supervisor to do so.
All completed appraisal forms must be returned to HR by June 28, 2013.
