VPN Remote Access
ITS provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) for users who need to access network resources from off campus. These network resources include the public/private folders, class folders, Jenzabar, and other managed software. The VPN system sends all traffic from your remote computer to the college’s network through an encrypted channel providing a secure method for access these resources.

To request a VPN account, please fill out the Remote Access Request Form. This form is available as a printed copy at the ITS Helpdesk in Nicarry 108 or can be downloaded. These forms should be dropped off at the Helpdesk or may be mailed to ITS through Campus Mail.
For personal computers, once you have an account, the VPN installer is available at https://vpn.etown.edu. (Please note this link will only work from off-campus.)
For college owned computers, once you have an account, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at helpdesk@etown.edu to arrange a time to have the VPN software installed.
