Transfer Residency Requirements

To meet graduation requirements, the student must earn a minimum of 16 credits in the major (at least eight of which are at the upper level -normally 300 and 400 level)and at least 30 of the last 60 credits must be completed on-campus.

To recognize completion of a minor on the transcript, a student must have completed at least eight credits of the requirements on the Elizabethtown College campus and must have earned a bachelor’s degree at Elizabethtown College.

Note: While a student is matriculated at Elizabethtown College, credits earned through the Dixon University Center in Harrisburg; the Lancaster or York campuses; the BCA Study Abroad program or another study-abroad program formally affiliated with Elizabethtown are considered on-campus credits for residency purposes.

There is no residency requirement for the Core Program: The Core Program may be satisfied in its entirety by transfer work.
