Helping Hands

Helping Hands – 318 Plum Street – Plum House – Their mission is to help victims of domestic violence realize their full potential in life, rebuild strong relationships, and take the next step in their future. To fulfill this mission plan to work with agencies that provides services, support, and encouragement to domestic violence victims.
