Elizabethtown College Alumni Peace Fellow Lectures

Melanie G. Snyder will present two lectures on peace and justice

Snyder's first lecture "Racialized Structures of Control in the American Criminal Justice System" will take place at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 25 in the Susquehanna Room, Myer Hall. The second lecture "Criminalization of Poverty, Addiction, and Mental Health Needs" will take place at 11 a.m. Oct. 26 in Gibble Auditorium. Both lectures are free and open to the public.

Faculty Art Exhibit

Opening Reception

4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 - John W. Hess Gallery, Zug Hall. Works by Fine Arts Studio and Art History Faculty members Kristi Arnold, Jeff Bye, Daniel Burns, Linda Eberly, Milt Friedly, Jeff Geib, Katherine Hughes and Patricia Likos Ricci will be featured. Free and open to the public.

Shakespeare First Folio

First Folio! The Book That Gave Us Shakespeare

Nov. 10 - Dec. 4 - High Library. First Folio! will feature an original copy of Shakespeare’s First Folio, published in 1623. This nationally touring exhibit comes to Elizabethtown courtesy of the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington D. C. Be sure to check out the educational programs & related events offered by the College in conjunction with the exhibit.
