9 Years of Celebrating Creativity
Scholarship and Creative Arts Days (SCAD), launched in 2007, is an annual conference that celebrates the difference Elizabethtown College students make with their ideas and creativity. Each spring, select students present academic research in their respective disciplines, while others showcase talents through recitals and a juried art exhibit. A prominent keynote speaker rounds out this interdisciplinary event.
The SCAD committee launched an early survey portal, open until Jan. 30, to publicize potential research presentations to help coordinate opportunities for joint research or to identify other presentations that might be compatible with your own. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6CMBB5V. This survey is not your final submission. The official proposal submission period opens Feb. 8 and continues through Feb. 26. Please submit your supervised student research for SCAD 2016 to this portal. Ron Heasley, director of ITS, will send an submissions report on: Nov. 15 and 30; Dec. 15 and 30; Jan. 15 and 30 to faculty and staff.
