Billing Information
If you select check, payment will be due when you pick up the order at Commencement. You can visit our office to pay for the order ahead of time, if needed. If you are paying with credit, a member of Print Services will email you an invoice number and link to submit payment for your commencement order once your order has been submitted. If you have any questions, call Print Services at 717-361-1122.

College ID#’s will be charged the day before Commencement if they have not been picked up or shipped by that time.

Pickup / Delivery*
Ordering Details
Print Services will be accepting commencement orders throughout the year. To guarantee that a shipped order will arrive before commencement, please complete the order form, and email all images to copy@etown.edu by April 10, 2025. This will allow the Print Services staff enough time to create your order. A member of Print Services will email you a digital proof for your review. If we do not receive approval by April 22, we will proceed with your order as-is to ensure it will be ready for pickup or delivery by April 30th.
