Elizabethtown College's School of Graduate and Professional Studies offers online real estate courses designed to equip adult learners with the knowledge, skills, and credits necessary to complete the Real Estate Salesperson Exam. The Pennsylvania Department of State Real Estate Commission requires individuals to complete a minimum of 75 hours of basic real estate courses to sit for the licensure exam.
Etown's program is comprised of two required courses, Real Estate Fundamentals, and Real Estate Practice, which together fulfill the hour requirements set by the Real Estate Commission. Both courses are conveniently offered online, enabling students to expedite their learning journey from the comfort of their homes. The Online Real Estate Exam Prep Courses from Elizabethtown College require 6 credit hours of academic work. Both real estate courses can also be taken at the undergraduate level as major electives for the Business Administration program or general electives in other undergraduate programs.
