Applications and Registration forms are due by 5 p.m. on February 02, 2022.
There are two parts to the SCARP application process.

STEP 2: Complete Submission Process
Complete PROJECT DESCRIPTION, upload it to the ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM and complete other questions.
