Hiring and Recruiting

If you are thinking, one of my employees just gave me their resignation letter, now what do I do? then you are in the right place. 

First, inform Human Resources of the employee’s resignation. We will then walk you through the process and steps that will take place. We’ll work with you to update the job description, create the ad and develop a recruitment strategy. We’ll handle the advertising and recruiting, screen applicants, and assist with interviews. 

Our job is to manage the recruiting process, find good candidates, and keep the disruption to your department as minimal as possible. The following forms are available in our office, as well as for download here (you must be logged into a campus computer to view these forms):
