Core Revitalization
The Elizabethtown College Core Committee is working with community partners on a Core Revitalization. The implementation of the revitalized Core Program is presently unknown. The Core Revitalization webpage is dedicated to keeping our campus community apprised of any conversations that directly impact the existing Core Program in our Online Catalog(s).
- *NPS: Students enrolling PRIOR Fall 2024 must complete two Courses in Different Disciplines (BIO, CH, AN, PSY, CS, PHY, etc.) with at least one lab science. Students enrolling Fall 2024, or later, complete a single "Lab" science course.
- *IC: A single Interdisciplinary Colloquia will satisfy two Core Areas of Understanding
- *GWR: Students must take at least one Guided Writing and Research course. GWR Prerequisite: Successful completion of EN 100, or its equivalent.
